1 Main part of products include: straight pipe, elbow, Tee, adjustable straight pipe, and wall support base.
2 Not include accessories: rain cap, brackets, adaptor, locking band, roof flashing, storm collar and so on.
3 INNOVAL will manufacture all Products to the agreed quality goods in the first order. INNOVAL guarantees that it will not change the specification of either the stainless steel or the insulation from above “Description of goods” and related approval, such as CE or UL
4 INNOVAL warranties all Products for 1-10 years from the delivery date on Bill of Loading.  If any Products fail within this warranty period, INNOVAL confirm that they will supply replacement products, the faulty Products will then be returned to INNOVAL for them to analyze, confirm the reason for the failure, and explain to Buyer the steps taken to make sure the failure does not happen again.
5 Transportation: Buyer will pay for the fright cost from his area to China; INNOVAL will pay for the freight from China to Buyer’s destination.
6 All the products in this warranty agreements, must under normal using by buyer or the third party, who buy the products from the Buyer, also under a right installation way ( not include artificial damage ).
